Sam Young established Home InSight in May 2002 after 21 years in the United States Air Force and several years as a Software Development Manager in several international companies. Sam, a military officer, finished his prestigious military career developing the F-22 Raptor. His civilian experience is in telecommunications and Internet electronic commerce.

After the implosion of the Dot.coms in 2000, Sam pursued another of his passions: remodeling.  Sam is the Managing Director of Robust Remodelling, Inc.
