Moisture Warranty. Moisture Warranty offers a MoistureFree Warranty primarily for buildings with stucco exteriors. They offer it for other types of siding too. To get one, the process starts with a stucco inspection. The results are sent to Moisture Warranty for a Certified Repair Analysis (CRA)citing work needing to be done to get the warranty. The CRA is used to get estimates for work, usually by a Moisture Warranty repair contractor. When the work is complete, the inspectors returns to verify the work is complete.
